Assets
Assets are items like; photos, newspaper articles, keepsakes etc.
We will work with you on the best way to photograph these items to be featured within the video.
Off Site Location Shoots
Examples of this include going to a location which has significance to the family e.g. the old family home or place of business.
We’ll discuss this detail with you during our initial consultation call.
Travel
Our team is based in Sydney, Australia but we can service* your family wherever they might be in the world.
*extra cost will be involved
Interpreter
Should an interpreter be required, additional costs may incur.
To encourage the interviewee to let down their guard, we prefer not to use a close family member to interpret, however this can be discussed during the initial consultation.
Expedited Service
In the event that you require the finished video sooner than our standard turn-around time, an additional fee will be required to prioritise your order.
How Much Detail Is Captured?
Depending on the package you choose, this determines how much time is spent on the question and answers.
Whilst not intended to be a feature length documentary, we’ve designed this service to appease most viewers who are looking for a glimpse into the life of a loved one and their family’s legacy.
How Will I Receive My Video?
You will receive two digital copies of your video on USB.
The video will also be available to view and download online for 6 months from time of final video delivery.

In each package, you have the option to submit your own questions for our team to include in the interview.
