The aim of this meet & greet is to build rapport between the interviewee and interviewer.

Over tea, coffee &/or lunch, the interviewer will explain the process of filming day and answer any questions from the interviewee.

During this meeting, we will take notes to help steer the conversation on filming day

(Up to 6 hours*)

Usually within 2 days of the meet & greet.

Filmed at an agreed location, usually the residence of the interviewee or a nominated family member.

*all dependent of the interviewee and the detail within their responses.

(Up to 6 weeks)

We’ll begin the editing process and deliver a draft within 2 weeks of filming day.

At this stage, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request any changes if required.

Upon receipt of your feedback and changes, we’ll deliver the final video within 6 weeks.
